ever wondered why i have all the V's and 4's?

veni vidi vici... vyse... etc etc but also 4 = iv (my favourite number - but also; 'i, V...') modesty (not v)/superiority (before v) 22nd regiment of foot (2+2=4) 4th hussars, 4th battallion cheshire regiment...

oh its all so clever... but what is the connection here???
